青海省社会心理服务体系建设的现实基础与未来展望

摘　　要：为全面了解青海省建设社会心理服务体系的现实基础,本研究面向我省普通群众和心理服务工作者开展问卷调查,结果表明:我省心理健康服务机构多数成立时间较短,服务人员紧缺,经费支持较少;机构经营以个体为主,服务项目单一,硬件建设和人员队伍有待进一步加强;考核和评价机制尚不完善。今后,青海省社会心理服务体系需在这些方面寻求突破口,探索建设路径。In order to knowledge the basis of the construction of social psychological service system in Qinghai Province,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the general public and psychological service workers in Qinghai Province.The results show that most of the mental health service institutions have been established for a short time,lack of service personnel and less financial support;the operation of the institutions is mainly individual,and the service items are limited,and the hardware construction and personnel team need to be improved.The assessment and evaluation mechanism is not complete.In the future,we need to seek breakthroughs in these aspects and explore the pathway of social psychological service system of Qinghai Province.
