青海歇家介入司法领域的方式探究——以清代青海循化厅档案为中心进行考察

摘　　要：从相关的档案史料可以看出,清代青海地区的歇家与歇役在诸多方面虽有相似之处,但绝不可将二者混为一谈。就清代青海地区而言,歇家带有明显的散役色彩,而歇役则是政府的专职差役,由政府直接调遣。从青海循化厅档案中可以看出,青海歇家通过稽查户籍等方式介入司法领域,它的出现不仅打破了清代青海地区原有的社会秩序,而且对促进青海地区后续的社会变革具有一定的现实意义。It can be seen from the relevant archives and historical materials that the Xiejia and Xiejie in Qinghai in Qing Dynasty had similarities in many aspects,but they could not be confused.In Qing Dynasty,the Xiejia had the obvious color of free service,which was the full-time official of the government and directly dispatched by the government.Looking through the archives of Xunhua department in Qinghai,we can see that Xiejia in Qinghai intervened in the judicial field by checking the household registration and so on.Its emergence not only broke the original social order in Qinghai area in Qing Dynasty,but also has certain practical significance for promoting the subsequent social reform in Qinghai area.
