新时期高校课程思政中关于教师综合学养的思考

摘　　要：高校课程思政是现时期高校思想政治教育的重要有机组成。随着国际国内形势的急剧变化,高校思想政治工作面临一些新的挑战。课程思政是高校思想政治工作在应对新挑战过程中出现的一种全新思政教育范式。课程思政变革中教师是关键,教师综合学术素养成为根本。从事课程思政教师应具备的综合学术素养有:明确的问题导向和价值取向;增强贯通能力和拓宽知识视野;学会善于比较并保持与时俱进。只有具备了这些基本的学术素养,才有可能将专业课程和思想政治有机结合并融为一体,真正使思政课程与课程思政同向同行。Curriculum ideological and political education is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.With the rapid changes of international and domestic situation,ideological and political work in colleges and universities is facing some new challenges.Curriculum ideological and political work is a new paradigm of ideological and political education in the process of coping with new challenges.In the course of ideological and political reform,teachers are the key,and their comprehensive academic quality becomes the fundamental.The comprehensive academic qualities of curriculum ideological and political teachers are as follows:clear problem orientation and value orientation;enhance the ability of penetrating and broaden the horizon of knowledge;learn to compare and keep up with the Times.Only with these basic academic qualities can professional courses and ideological and political courses be organically combined and integrated,so that ideological and political courses can truly go hand in hand with the curriculum.
