摘  要:近年来,人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)在医学领域的应用范围不断扩大,已成为医疗行业关注的焦点,利用人工智能、机器学习及深度学习诊断眼科疾病的研究也逐步展开。青光眼是一种常见致盲性眼病,具有隐匿性和渐进性,早期诊断和干预可以降低青光眼视力丧失的风险并极大地改善预后。目前,AI系统在诊断青光眼方面已有很多应用,本文综述了AI在青光眼领域的研究和应用,以及临床优势和挑战,并展望了AI在青光眼中的潜在应用前景。In recent years,the scope of application of artificial intelligence in the medical field has been expanding,and it has become the focus of the medical industry.The research on the use of artificial intelligence,machine learning and deep learning to diagnose ophthalmic diseases has been gradually carried out.Glaucoma is a common eye disease that causes blindness,which is occult and progressive.Early diagnosis and intervention can reduce the risk of vision loss and greatly improve the prognosis of glaucoma.At present,there are many applications of AI system in the diagnosis of glaucoma.This paper summarizes the research and application of AI in the field of glaucoma,as well as clinical advantages and challenges,and looks forward to the potential application prospect of AI in glaucoma.
