摘　　要：目的本文总结了我院全数字一体化复合手术室规划设计与建设管理经验,探索数字化复合手术室规范化建设方法。方法结合我院复合手术室项目方案设计、建设实施管理等重点环节,详细阐述了数字化复合手术室建设的基本流程与方法。结果本文总结出一整套切实可行的、高效的数字化复合手术室设计与实施方案。结论通过建设实践与临床使用评价,本套设计实施方案对数字化复合手术室建设与标准制定有指导意义。Objective This paper summarized the experience of planning,design and construction management of digital integrated hybrid operation room in our hospital,and explored the standardized construction method of digital integrated hybrid operation room.Methods The basic process and method of the construction of digital integrated hybrid operation room were described in detail combining the key links of the project design,construction,implementation and management of hybrid operation room in our hospital.Results This paper summarized a set of feasible and efficient design and implementation of digital integrated hybrid operation room.Conclusion Through construction practice and the evaluation of clinical use,this set of design and implementation plan has guiding significance for the construction and standard formulation of digital integrated hybrid operation room.
