摘 要:博物馆收藏的植物标本是陈列展览的基本素材之一,其不仅是记录自然的凭证,而且是研究植物演化与生态环境的宝贵资料。通过整理和统计,分析贵州师范大学博物馆所藏维管束植物的标本特征。结果表明:维管束植物现有1569件,共147科497属777种,其中蕨类植物19科36属46种,裸子植物6科12属14种,被子植物122科449属717种,可见馆藏植物标本具有较高的多样性和复杂性。此外,有花无果的标本较多,而有花有果的标本则较少,这一现象可能与标本的采集季节及植物的自身特性有关。本研究结果可为贵州地区植物多样性分析提供基础数据,同时也为该馆今后的标本采集和收藏工作提出相应建议。Plant specimens of the museum are the basic materials of the exhibition,which are not only the records of nature,but also the precious resources for the study of plants evolution and ecological environment.In this paper,we analysis and explore the characteristics of vascular plants specimens in Guizhou Normal University Museum.Results showed that there are totally 777 vascular plants species that belonging to 497 genera and 147 families,including 46 fern species belonging to 36 genera and 19 families,14 gymnosperms species belonging to 12 genera and 6 families,and 717 angiosperms species belonging to 449 genera and 122 families,indicating the high diversity and complexity.On the other side,specimens that have flowers but no fruits are much more than those that have both flowers and fruits,which may be related to the collection season and the characteristics of plants.Our results provide basic data for the analysis of plant diversity in Guizhou Province,as well as the scientific suggestions for specimens collection and storage of the museum in future.
