摘　　要：糖尿病性肾病(DKD)作为糖尿病的并发症之一,严重威胁人类健康。蛋白尿作为DKD病情进展的独立危险因素逐渐受到重视。DKD病机本虚标实,病位主要在脾肾,与肺肝相关。本虚者包括气血阴阳的亏虚;标实为湿浊、热毒、气滞、血瘀等。运用辨证论治,不同医家在中医药治疗DKD蛋白尿中具有各自的见解和经验,文章就近年来各家经验分别做出论述。Diabetic nephropathy, as one of the complications of diabetes, is a serious threat to human health. Proteinuria, as an independent risk factor for diabetic nephropathy, has been paid more and more attention. The pathogenesis of the disease is complex, always belongs to the weakness and invasion of external pathogenic factors. Diabetic nephropathy is mainly in the spleen and kidneys, and is related to the lung and liver. The loss of our body includes the qi, blood, yin and yang, and the real, including wet, hot, qi stasis, congestion, etc. Using dialectical treatment, different doctors have their own opinions and experiences in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria by using Chinese medicine. We will discuss the experiences of each doctor in recent years.
