基于医院信息系统的护理评估在心血管介入术患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析基于医院信息系统(HIS)的护理评估在心血管介入术患者中的应用价值。方法选择医院2018年10月—2020年4月心血管介入手术患者186例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上结合基于HIS的护理评估干预),对比两组患者术后生活质量、并发症发生率。结果生活质量采用SF-36中文版量表进行评价,包括躯体功能、躯体疼痛、躯体角色、总健康状况、活力、社会功能、情绪角色、心理卫生8个维度,观察组各维度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组穿刺点出血、前臂血肿、低血压、介入术后动脉痉挛等并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于医院信息系统(HIS)的护理评估用于行心血管介入术患者,可有效降低并发症发生风险,提升患者的生活质量。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of hospital information system(HIS)-based nursing assessment in patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention.Methods A total of 186 patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention in the hospital from October 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study objects,and according to the principle of comparability between the basic characteristics of the groups,they were divided into a control group that was given routine care and an observation group that was combined with HISbased nursing assessment intervention on the basis of the control group to the postoperative quality of life and the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results The quality of life was evaluated using the SF-36 Chinese version of the scale,including eight dimensions of physical function,physical pain,physical role,general health status,vitality,social function,emotional role,and mental health.The scores of all dimensions of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as puncture point bleeding,forearm hematoma,hypotension,and arterial spasm after intervention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of HIS-based nursing assessment for patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention can eff ectively reduce the risk of complications and improve the living quality of patients.
