TOD视角下地铁站域地下商业空间人性化设计探究

摘　　要：当今社会经济快速发展,城市地下商业空间的开发逐渐受到重视,城市综合体的发展越来越依托于轨道交通体系发展模式,即TOD模式。文章以TOD模式为视角,分析了TOD与地铁站域地下商业空间的耦合关系,从人性化设计要素出发,在整体规划、交通流线、功能空间和衔接空间方面指出现阶段地铁站域地下空间中存在的设计规划问题,并根据整体性原则、步行可达性原则、特色性原则、多样性原则四个原则,提出对地铁站域地下商业空间具体人性化设计的思考和探究。With the rapid development of social economy,the development of urban underground commercial space has been paid more and more attention.The development of urban complex relies on the development mode of rail transit system,namely TOD mode.This paper analyzes the coupling relationship between TOD and underground commercial space of subway station from the perspective of TOD mode,and points out the existing design and planning problems in the underground space of subway station from the aspects of overall planning,traffic flow,functional space and connection space from the perspective of humanistic design elements.From the perspective of TOD mode,this paper puts forward the thinking and exploration of the concrete humanized design of the underground commercial space of subway station from four principles,namely,the principle of integrity,the principle of walking accessibility,the principle of characteristics and the principle of diversity.
