摘　　要：促进老年人参与社交活动能够有效提高老年人在养老设施照料单元中的生活质量。文章通过探究照料单元中老人社交积极性与其居室到单元起居厅的走廊长度之间的关系,以期得到居室到起居厅距离的适宜值和极限值,为中国相关设计标准的完善提供研究依据。文章通过对4家机构进行深入调研,并对112位老人进行行为观察,在一定时间段内记录其离开居室到达起居厅参与社交的情况,并对调研数据进行回归分析。数据分析显示:在照料单元中,居室到单元起居厅的走廊长度不宜超过24米,最大长度为35米。Promoting the social initiative can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly in a nursing home.This paper explores the relationship between the social initiative of elderly and the length of corridor,so as to obtain the appropriate value and limit value of the distance from bedroom to sitting area,and provide support for the improvement of relevant design standards in China.This paper conducted in-depth investigations in 4 nursing home and behavioral observation on 112 elderly people,recorded their social interaction after leaving the bedroom and going to the sitting area in a certain period of time,and conducted regression analysis on the survey data.The data analysis results show that in a unit,the length of the corridor from bedroom to sitting area should not exceed 24m,and the maximum length is 35m.
