摘  要:针对复杂地质中盾构长距离下穿城市快速路隧道的施工技术难题,以杭州至富阳城际铁路SGHF-11标为例,阐述该标段的工程地质特点,分析盾构进出口加固、分体始发、掘进换刀、盾构掘进对周边环境的影响,掘进施工工期控制,管片拼装质量,隧道渗漏水防治和"上软下硬"的地质条件对工程的不利影响等工程重难点,并给出应对措施。In view of the key technical problems during the construction of shield tunneling lengthily passing through urban expressway tunnel under complex geological condition,the engineering geological characteristics of the bid section was firstly demonstrated in the present study taking SGHF-11 bid of Hangzhou to Fuyang intercity railway as an example.Then,the key and dif f icult points of the project,such as the reinforcement of the shield entrance and exit,the separate launching,the driving tool changing,the inf luence of shield tunneling on the surrounding environment,the control of the construction period,the quality of segment assembly,the prevention and control of water leakage of the tunnel,and the adverse ef fects of the geological conditions of soft soil is over hard soil’in the present project was addressed in detail.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures were illustrated.
