摘　　要：河道就是大地的血管,河水就是大地的血液,为落实绿色发展理念、推进生态文明建设,维护河网的健康生命,保障国家水安全,必须做好河道的监管整治工作。在信息化时代的背景之下,转变传统的人工监管治理河道方式,运用云计算、移动智能等信息技术建设服务于新形势下的河道管理系统,以全面感知、智慧化、精细化、一体化为建设重点,实现对河道进行全过程、多角度、全方位的管控,成为河道长效治理建设的必由之路。River is the blood vessel of the earth,and river water is the blood of the earth.In order to implement the concept of green development,promote the construction of ecological civilization,maintain the healthy life of river network,and ensure the national water security,it is necessary to do a good job in river regulation and improvement.Under the background of information age,it is necessary to change the traditional way of river regulation by manual supervision,using cloud computing,mobile intelligence,and other information technologies to build a river management system to serve the new situation.Focusing on comprehensive perception,intelligence,refinement,and integration,and realizing the whole process,multi-angle,and all-round management and control of the river has become the only way for long-term river regulation and construction.
