摘　　要：中国特色社会主义监督话语体系,是中国特色社会主义话语体系的重要内容,是马克思主义监督理论在当代中国的话语载体和表达方式,也是构建“理论之中国”“学术之中国”的重要议题。马克思主义话语逻辑与监督理论是中国特色社会主义监督话语体系的理论支撑,中国革命、建设、改革时期党和国家监督实践为中国特色社会主义监督话语体系的形成和发展奠定了坚实的现实基础,以习近平同志为核心的党中央关于全面从严治党和反腐败的新概念新论述新理念拓展了中国特色社会主义监督话语体系的范畴和议题。新时代加强中国特色社会主义监督话语体系建设,应厘清新时代中国特色社会主义监督话语体系的基本问题域,立足新时代丰富实践,规范、总结、提升中国特色社会主义监督话语体系,从而推进新时代中国特色监督学科体系、学术体系、话语体系一体化发展。Socialist supervision discourse system with Chinese characteristics is an important part of socialist discourse system with Chinese characteristics,a very important way to express supervision theory of Marxism,and an important issue of constructing the“Theory China”and“Academic China”.Marxist discourse logic and supervision theory are the theoretical support of the socialist supervision discourse system with Chinese characteristics.The supervision practice of the Party and the country during the period of Chinese revolution,construction and reform has laid a solid foundation for the formation and development of socialist supervision discourse system with Chinese characteristics.The new concepts,expositions and ideas of the Party central committee about comprehensively strengthening Party discipline and anti-corruption have expanded the scope of socialist supervision discourse system with Chinese characteristics.To strengthen and improve socialist supervision discourse system with Chinese characteristics in new era,we should clarify the basic problems,normalize,summarize and improve socialist supervision discourse system with Chinese characteristics based on the ample practice,to promote the development of the discipline system,academic system and discourse system of the socialist supervision with Chinese characteristics as a whole.
