“郁损六经血脉”的中风病机探讨

摘　　要：基于六经统营卫而通于脑的生理功能,结合六郁相因的病机观,阐述营卫失常,六经病损,诸郁互结,郁损血脉的中风发病机制。首先,提出六经通脑,脑统六经,共成一体的观点。其次,阐述各种病因损伤营卫,营卫失常累及六经,六经病变产生气、湿、食、痰、瘀、火(热)诸郁,郁久损伤血脉,形成病理因素不同且路径不一的中风病机过程,其中以营卫失常与六郁结滞六经为共同病机。营卫损伤、六经失和、六郁内生、郁久损脉、脉损及脑是中风病机链的不同节点,合称“郁损六经血脉”。百病皆由气生,诸郁气病在先,故以调畅气机、通调营卫、疏调六经、开郁散滞、护血护脉为预防中风的基本措施。Based on the physiological functions of the six meridians consolidating nutrient-defense and connected to the brain,combined with the pathogenesis of the six interdependent depressions,the pathogenesis of stroke was explicated which includes the dysfunction of nutrient-defense,the impairment of the six meridians,the interlocking of the depressions,and the depression impairing the blood vessels.First,this paper put forward the point of view that the six meridians are connected to the brain,and the brain governs the six meridians,forming a whole.Secondly,it explained the impairment of nutrient-defense caused by various causes,and the dysfunction of nutrient-defense involving the six meridians.The pathological changes of the six meridians produce qi depression,dampness stagnation,food stagnation,phlegm stagnation,stasis,and fire(heat)stagnation,and chronic depression or stagnation damages the blood vessels,resulting in stroke pathogenesis with different pathological factors and different paths.In the pathogenesis of stroke,the common pathogenesis includes the dysfunction of nutrient-defense and six depressions stagnating six meridians.The impairment of nutrient-defense,the disharmony of the six meridians,six endogenous depressions,chronic depression or stagnation damaging the blood vessels involving the brain are different points of the stroke pathogenesis chain,collectively called“depression damaging blood vessels of six meridians”.All diseases arise from qi disorder,and all stagnations are preceded by qi depression,so regulating qi movement,harmonizing nutrient-defense,dredging the six meridians,resolving depression and stagnation,and protecting the blood and vessels are the basic measures to prevent stroke.
