从“目体阴而用阳”探讨目病辨治用药特点

摘　　要：根据目的生理特性、病理特点,结合“目体”和“目用”的内涵与相互关系,探讨目病的辨证用药特点,认为目体阴与目用阳是物质基础与功能表现的关系,彼此相互作用、阴阳调和、刚柔相济,从而发挥目的正常生理功能。目病与阴阳失衡,脏腑、经络、气血功能失调密切相关。临床治疗目病宜首辨阴阳,明确虚实,目体阴不足者,宜酸甘化阴;目体阴有余者,宜甘淡渗湿;目用阳太过者,宜辛散清热;目用阳不及者,宜咸寒滋阴。用药可酸甘化阴、咸寒滋阴以培其根,柔养目体,又需辛散清热、甘淡渗湿以荡其邪,条畅目用,使目之阴阳调和,则万物明辨。According to the physiological and pathological characteristics of eyes,combined with the connotation and interrelationship of“eye body”and“eye function”,the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and medication of eye diseases were discussed.It was believed that yin in property and yang in function of eyes are the material basis and functional performance.Interacting with each other,yin and yang harmonize with each other,so as to exert the normal physiological functions of eyes.Eye diseases are closely related to the imbalance of yin and yang,zang-fu organs,meridians,qi and blood.For clinical treatment of eye diseases,it is advisable to distinguish yin and yang first,to make clear the deficiency and excess.For those with insufficient yin in property,it is advisable to use sour and sweet herbs to transform into yin;for those with excess yin in property,it is advisable to use sweet and bland herbs to drain dampness;for those with excess yang in function of eyes,it is advisable to use pungent herbs to disperse and clear heat;for those with insufficient yang in function of eyes,it is advisable to use salty and cold herbs to nourish yin.The medication may include sour and sweet transforming into yin,salty and cold nourishing yin to cultivate its roots,nourish the eyes,and also need pungency dispersing and clearing heat,sweet and bland draining dampness to remove the pathogens and harmonize yin and yang of the eyes,so everything will be clear to be distinguished.
