雾霾对呼吸系统影响与白及治疗呼吸系统疾病研究进展

摘　　要：从中医对雾霾的认识,雾霾的现代研究、雾霾对呼吸系统的影响及中医药防治相关呼吸系统疾病的临床实践经验等方面,根据中医归经理论,从病因病机、辨证论治、药理作用等方面对白及治疗呼吸系统相关疾病进行了综述。白及不仅可收敛止血、消肿生肌,还有补肺益肺的功效,白及治疗吸入性肺损伤、肺结核、矽肺等疾病疗效确切,有入肺理伤、补肺生新的作用。参考文献33篇。This paper reviewed the treatment of respirotary diseases with Baiji(Bletillae Rhizoma)from the aspects of the understanding of haze in traditional Chinese medicine,the modern research of haze,the influence of haze on respiratory system and the clinical practice experience of prevention and treatment of respiratory system by traditional Chinese medicine,according to channel tropism theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,pharmacological effect.Baiji not only astringes to arrest bleeding,reduces swelling and promotes granulation,but also tonifies and replenishes lung.Baiji has a definite effect on inhalation lung injury,tuberculosis,silicosis and other diseases and treats lung damagenment,tonifies lung to promote regeneration.There are 33 references in total.
