胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法120例老年室性心律失常患者,依据随机分配法分为实验组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予传统综合治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予胺碘酮治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后血压水平,住院时长、重症加强护理病房(ICU)看护时长以及药物治疗2 d后心率恢复情况。结果实验组住院时长及ICU看护时长分别为(10.02±1.09)、(1.54±1.09)d,均短于对照组的(12.21±4.23)、(2.55±1.13)d,药物治疗2 d后心率恢复率91.67%高于对照组的66.67%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,两组收缩压与舒张压对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of senile ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 120 cases of senile ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received traditional comprehensive treatment,and the experimental group received amiodarone for treatment based on the control group.The blood pressure before and after treatment,hospitalization time,intensive care unit(ICU)time and heart rate recovery after 2 d of drug treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and ICU time of the experimental group were(10.02±1.09)and(1.54±1.09)d,which were all shorter than(12.21±4.23)and(2.55±1.13)d of the control group,and heart rate recovery rate after 2 d of drug treatment 91.67%was higher than 66.67%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone shows remarkable clinical effect for senile patients with ventricular arrhythmia,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
