紧急宫颈环扎术联合阿托西班治疗宫颈机能不全的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析紧急宫颈环扎术联合阿托西班治疗宫颈机能不全的临床效果。方法100例宫颈机能不全患者,按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组接受紧急宫颈环扎术+利托君治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合阿托西班治疗。比较两组患者孕周延长时间、自然分娩率、新生儿分娩后1 min的Apgar评分。结果观察组自然分娩率88.00%(44/50)低于对照组90.00%(45/50),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组孕周延长时间(9.21±0.24)周长于对照组的(2.58±0.36)周、新生儿分娩后1 min的Apgar评分(8.68±0.54)分高于对照组的(6.35±0.24)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紧急宫颈环扎术联合阿托西班治疗宫颈机能不全,可延长孕周,改善妊娠结局。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of emergency cervical cerclage combined with atosiban in the treatment of cervical incompetence.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical incompetence were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with emergency cervical cerclage+ritodrine,and the observation group was treated with atosiban based on the control group.The prolonged gestational age,natural delivery rate,Apgar score at 1 min after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate 88.00%(44/50)in the observation group was lower than 90.00%(45/50)in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The prolonged gestational age(9.21±0.24)weeks of the observation group was longer than(2.58±0.36)weeks of the control group,and Apgar score at 1 min after delivery(8.68±0.54)points was higher than(6.35±0.24)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency cervical cerclage combined with atosiban in the treatment of cervical incompetence can prolong gestational weeks and improve pregnancy outcomes.
