间隔补铁法在缺铁性贫血治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究间隔补铁法在缺铁性贫血治疗中的临床应用效果。方法80例缺铁性贫血患者,采用随机数字表法分成对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组接受连续补铁法治疗,观察组接受间隔补铁法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为12.50%,低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对缺铁性贫血患者,临床给予间隔补铁法的治疗效果确切,可降低患者不良反应,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interval iron supplementation in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods A total of 80 patients with iron deficiency anemia were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with continuous iron supplementation,and the observation group was treated with interval iron supplementation.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 12.50%,which was lower than 35.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interval iron supplementation has affirmative effect on patients with iron deficiency anemia,and it can reduce the adverse reactions,and it is worthy of promotion.
