小腿开放性骨折游离骨块回植术后口服骨伤复元汤的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小腿开放性骨折游离骨块回植术后口服骨伤复元汤的临床疗效。方法72例接受游离骨块回植术的小腿开放性骨折患者,以治疗方法不同分为常规组和实验组,各36例。常规组予以常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上口服骨伤复元汤治疗。对比两组患者术后不同时间段患肢疼痛程度、骨愈合时间及术后骨痂生长情况。结果术后第2、4天,两组疼痛评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第8天,实验组疼痛评分(1.75±0.35)分低于常规组的(3.04±0.78)分,骨愈合时间(5.07±0.32)个月短于常规组的(5.86±0.68)个月,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术后第6、10、16周骨痂生长评分均高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受游离骨块回植术的小腿开放性骨折患者应用骨伤复元汤治疗可有效减轻患者疼痛感与肢体肿胀度,还能够缩短患者骨愈合时间,促进植骨后骨痂的生长,建议临床深入研究。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Oral Gushang Fuyuan Decoction after replantation of free bone fragments for open fractures of lower leg.Methods A total of 72 patients with open fractures of lower leg undergoing replantation of free bone fragments were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 36 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Gushang Fuyuan Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The pain degree of the affected limb,bone healing time and callus growth at different time periods were compared between the two groups.Results 2 and 4 days after operation,there was no statistically significant difference in pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).8 days after operation,the pain score(1.75±0.35)points of the experimental group was lower than(3.04±0.78)points of the conventional group,and fracture healing time(5.07±0.32)months was shorter than(5.86±0.68)months of the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6,10 and 16 weeks after operation,the callus growth score of the experimental group was higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with open fractures of lower leg undergoing replantation of free bone fragments,Gushang Fuyuan decoction can effectively reduce the pain and limb swelling,shorten the bone healing time,and promote the growth of the callus after bone grafting..It is suggested that further clinical research should be carried out.
