摘  要:采用原位共混法使可再生的生物基材料衣康酸与氧化锌在天然橡胶(NR)中原位生成衣康酸锌,然后通过过氧化二异丙苯引发衣康酸锌接枝到NR分子链上,构筑羧酸锌离子网络。结果表明,该离子网络的可逆性能可有效提高NR的强度,无炭黑填充NR的拉伸强度达到16.7 MPa,扯断伸长率达472%,储能模量和损耗模量均增大。In recent years, reversible networks have shown great potential in the applications of elastomers reinforcing. Itaconic acid(ITA), prepared by the fermentation of subsidiary agricultural products, is eco-friendly and low in cost. ITA has one double bond and two carboxylic acid groups, which can react with unsaturated rubber to prepare carboxylated materials. In this study, zinc oxide(ZnO) was blended with natural rubber, and then ITA was added at 165 ℃ to generate itaconic zinc acid(ZITA) in-situ. The dosage of ITA was 10, 20, 30, 40 phr, respectively, with a mole ratio of ZnO/ITA being of 1.5/1.0. The resulting polymers were named as NR-ZITA X, where X is the amount of ITA. Subsequently, ZITA was grafted onto natural rubber(NR) chains under 160 ℃ with 1 phr dicumyl peroxide as an initiator to prepare NR-ZITA, resulting in an ionic network based on zinc carboxylate groups. As indicated in Fig 1, the characteristic peak of —C=O stretching vibration at 1 692 cm-1 was attributed to —COOH groups in ITA. After reacting with ZnO, the H+ of —COOH groups were replaced by Zn2+. The characteristic peaks of C=O double bonds shifted to 1 526 cm-1 and 1 433 cm-1 due to the conjugation of —COO-.
