摘  要:传统的放大器电路级间耦合方法存在噪声系数达不到电路指标要求的情况,导致耦合效果较差。文中提出一种新的CMOS射频集成电路中多级放大器级间耦合方法。通过CMOS射频集成电路模型提取多级放大器的级间参数,利用输入输出参数完成放大器级间噪声系数的优化;在此基础上,构建级间耦合模型,实现多级放大器内部各级之间的能量传递。实验结果表明,传统方法的噪声系数达到1.71 dB,而文中方法的噪声系数最大仅为1.45 dB,且文中方法的能量传输过程损耗较小,整体耦合效果较好。The traditional inter-stage coupling method for amplifier circuits has the problem that the noise coefficient does not meet the specifications of the circuit index,resulting in a poor coupling effect.To this end,a new multi-stage amplifier inter-stage coupling method in CMOS radio frequency integrated circuits was proposed.The inter-stage parameters of a multi-stage amplifier were extracted from the CMOS RF IC model,and the input and output parameters were used to optimize the inter-stage noise coefficient of the amplifier.On this basis,an inter-stage coupling model was constructed to realize the energy transfer between the internal levels of the multi-stage amplifier.The experimental results show that the noise coefficient of the traditional method reaches 1.71 dB,while the maximum noise coefficient of the method in the paper is only 1.45 dB,and the energy transfer process of the method in the paper has lower loss and better overall coupling effect.
