摘　　要：文章总结"十三五"时期广东公共文化服务体系建设的成就并分析当前面临的挑战,结合国家发展远景目标以及粤港澳大湾区发展规划,对"十四五"时期广东公共文化服务体系建设重点提出建议。广东在制定"十四五"公共文化服务体系发展规划时应将建成"中国一流、世界一流"的公共文化服务体系作为目标和愿景,重点推进"体系、质量、效能、网络、融合"建设,使公共文化服务体系更加完善,质量更加提高,效能更加提升,网络更加智慧,融合更加广泛。This paper analyzes and summarizes the achievements and challenges in the construction of Guangdong province public cultural service system during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.Based on the national development vision and the future development plan of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the key directions for the development of Guangdong province public cultural service system during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.In the 14th Five-Year Plan,Guangdong province public cultural service system ought to set“China’s first-class,world-class”as the goal and vision,and promote the advancement in five areas:system,quality,efficiency,network and integration.Thus,a much-improved public cultural service system with higher quality,better efficiency,smarter network and wider integration could be achieved.
