摘　　要：上焦是支气管扩张病变之所在,肺脏受损,则影响其功能的发挥;脾位于中焦,为肺之母,若肺气虚累及脾脏,则子病犯母;肾气充足,肺得其滋养才能气道通畅,呼吸均匀,若肾气摄纳失司,则气浮于上;或肺气虚损,久病及肾,致下焦肾脏虚衰,发为肺肾气虚证。在治疗上,从上焦论治应遵循"治上焦如羽,非轻不举"的原则,选用轻清上浮之品;从中焦论治应遵循"治中焦如衡,非平不安"的原则,选用运脾化湿、升脾降胃之品;从下焦论治,多采用肝肾、肺肾同治法,予泻白散加黛蛤散、七味都气丸加清金化痰汤加减。支气管扩张急性加重期,清热化痰、畅达三焦是治疗根本;稳定期,祛邪扶正、调畅三焦是防治关键。通调上焦在于清、宣、降;运化中焦在于培土生金;疏调下焦在于抑木扶土、金水相生。三焦通畅则阴阳、气血、津液生化有源,五脏各司其职则痰、热、瘀遁化有道。Upper energizer is the site of bronchiectasis,and lung damage affects its function.The spleen is located in the middle Jiao,which is the mother of the lung.If lung qi deficiency involves the spleen,the disorder of the child-organ will invade the mother-organ.If kidney qi is sufficient,the lung can get its nourishment,so that the airway will be unobstructed and the breathing can be even.If kidney qi fails to control and absorb,qi will float on the upper.If long-time lung qi deficiency affects the kidney,the kidney in lower energizer will be weakened,and the syndrome of lung kidney qi deficiency will be developed.For treatment from upper energizer,the principle of"light dosage for lifting in order to achieve the goal of being like a feather"must be followed,so the light and floating medicinals can be used.For treatment from middle energizer,the principle of"keeping the balance"should be followed,so the medicinals for activating spleen to resolve dampness,and lifting the spleen to descend the stomach can be used.For treatment from lower energizer,the principle of treating liver and kidney,or lung and kidney together should be followed,so White-Draining Powder plus Daike Powder,Seven Ingredients Qi-Regulating Pill plus Modified Lung-Clearing and Phlegm-Transforming Decoction can be used.In the acute exacerbation stage of bronchiectasis,clearing away heat and resolving phlegm and smoothing triple energizer are the fundamental treatment.In the stable stage,eliminating pathogenic factors and strengthening healthy qi,and regulating triple energizer are the key to prevention and treatment.The regulating of upper energizer lies in clearing,dispersing and descending.Transporting and transforming middle energizer lies in banking up earth to generate metal.Soothing lower energizer lies in restricting wood and strengthening earth,metal and water generating each other.When triple energizer becomes unblocked,yin and yang,qi and blood,and fluid will have resources to generate and transform;the heart,liver,spleen and kidney will p
