益肾通络督脉灸对特发性弱精子不育症患者精子质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾通络督脉灸对特发性弱精子不育症患者精子质量及功能的影响。方法:将120例特发性弱精子不育症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。研究期间,对照组病例脱落、失访4例,完成56例;治疗组病例失访、脱落2例,完成58例。对照组给予右归胶囊口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予益肾通络督脉灸治疗。记录治疗前后前向运动精子百分率(percentage of forward motile sperm,PR)、精子总活力[PR+非前向运动精子百分率]、精子直线运动速度、精子DNA碎片指数(sperm DNA fragmentation index,DFI)。结果:治疗组有效率为89.66%,对照组有效率为71.43%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后PR、精子总活力、精子直线运动速度、DFI均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾通络督脉灸治疗特发性弱精子不育症,可明显改善前向运动精子百分率、精子总活力、精子直线运动速度、精子DNA碎片指数。Objective:To observe the influence of moxibustion at GV for replenishing kidney and dredging collaterals on sperm quality and function in patients with idiopathic asthenospermia infertility.Methods:A total of 120 patients with idiopathic asthenospermia infertility were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.During the study period,there were 4 cases lost to follow-up and 56 cases completed in the control group,and 2 cases lost to follow-up and 58 cases completed in the treatment group.The control group was given Right-Restoring Capsule,while the treatment group was additionally given moxibustion at GV for replenishing kidney and dredging collaterals on the basis of the control group.The percentage of forward motile sperm(PR),total sperm motility[PR+percentage of non-forward motile sperm],sperm linear velocity and sperm DNA fragmentation index(DFI)were recorded before and after the treatment were recorded.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66%,and that of the control group was 71.43%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,PR,sperm motility,sperm linear motion speed and DFI of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of idiopathic asthenospermia infertility,moxibustion at GV for replenishing kidney and dredging collaterals can significantly improve the percentage of forward motile sperm,sperm total motility,sperm linear movement speed and DFI.
