摘　　要：乳腺增生由情志所伤,肝脾(肾)功能失常,冲任失调,气结血瘀、痰凝郁聚所致,病因为肝郁痰凝、冲任失调。与乳腺关系最密切的是肝肾两经,其次是冲任两脉。扶阳罐集合温刮、温灸、推拿三大理疗方法,具有通阳、温阳、养阳之效,达到不耗损体内正气的同时去除体内毒邪的作用,重在调理人体血液及淋巴液的循环而使血液运行通畅。皮肤溃烂或者患有传染性皮肤病者禁用,过饱或饥饿时禁用。在情绪焦虑、紧张时,各脏腑功能均会受到影响,扶阳罐治疗效果降低。操作前需要排除扶阳罐相应的禁忌证,使扶阳罐温灸刮疗法达到最佳效果。Hyperplasia of mammary glands is caused by emotional injury,dysfunction of liver and spleen(kidney),disharmony of thoroughfare and conception vessels,qi stagnation and blood stasis,and phlegm retention.The liver and kidney meridians are the most closely related to mammary gland,followed by thoroughfare and conception vessels.Yang-supporting cupping is a combination of warming scraping,warming moxibustion and massage.It has the effect of activating yang,warming yang and nourishing yang,can remove the toxin in the body without damaging healthy qi.It focuses on regulating the circulation of blood and lymph to make blood run smoothly.It is forbidden for patients with skin ulcers or infectious skin diseases,and it is also forbidden when they are too full or hungry.When patients are anxious and nervous,the function of viscera will be affected,and the therapeutic effect of yang-supporting cupping will be reduced.Therefore,the contraindications of yang-supporting cupping should be eliminated before operation to in order to achieve the best effect.
