摘　　要：中药治疗月经不调在中医辨证论治和整体观念的指导下,注重将卵巢的周期性变化与临床用药相结合,根据月经周期不同阶段肾的阴阳转化和气血盈亏变化规律,以补肾为原则,给予周期性用药以调节全身脏腑阴阳气血的动态平衡,模仿妇女月经生理周期,调控肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫生殖轴功能,改善生殖轴的内分泌,促进排卵,取得治疗效果。目前,部分月经不调患者虽临床治疗有效,但治疗停止后容易出现病情复发,治愈率不高。今后需严谨临床科研设计,加强长期随访跟踪,在治疗方法上更加精准中医分型,不断创新和改进治疗措施和方法,更好地发挥中医诊疗特色,以提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率和复发率。Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and concept of holism,TCM treatment of irregular menstruation focuses on the combination of the periodic changes of ovaries in the menstrual cycle and clinical medication.According to the yin-yang transformation of kidney and the change rules of qi and blood in different stages of the menstrual cycle,the principle of nourishing kidney is adopted,periodic medication is given to regulate the dynamic balance of yin-yang and qi and blood in the whole body and imitate the menstrual physiology of women cycle,regulate the function of kidney,reproduction-stimulating essence,and uterus reproductive axis,improve the endocrine of reproductive axis,and ovulation,and achieve therapeutic effect.At present,although the clinical treatment of some patients with irregular menstruation is effective,it is easy to relapse after treatment,and the cure rate is not high.In the future,it is necessary to strictly design clinical scientific research,strengthen long-term follow-ups,make more accurate TCM classification in treatment methods,constantly innovate and improve treatment measures and methods,and give better play to the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment,so as to improve clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate.
