摘　　要：中医治疗直肠脱垂的主要方法有:中药内服法、中医外治法和其他疗法,其中,中医外治法包括:熏洗法、灌肠法、外敷法、熨敷法、针灸疗法、穴位注射疗法等;其他疗法包括:注射疗法和手法复位。目前,直肠脱垂的治疗方法更多还是依赖于单中心及临床医师自身治疗经验,通过多种方式相结合的疗法进行治疗,疗效根据患者及病情的不同而有所差异,标准不一。今后,应通过多样本多中心多组别多角度规范化研究,坚持长期随访,总结分析结果,明确远期疗效。The main methods of treating rectal prolapse in TCM include Chinese medicinals for oral administration,external therapies and others.External therapies include fumigation,enema,external application,ironing,acupuncture and moxibustion,and acupoint injection.And other therapies include injection and manipulative reduction.At present,the treatment of rectal prolapse depends more on the single center and experiences of doctors themselves through a variety of ways,so the curative effect varies according to different patients and conditions,and the standard is not uniformed.In the future,we should carry out standardized research of multi-sample,multi-center,multi-group and multi-angle,adhere to long-term follow-ups,summarize and analyze the results,and clarify the long-term efficacy.
