升麻的功效及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：升麻具有解毒透疹、升举阳气、引药入经等功效。现代药理学研究发现,其具有抗炎、抗病毒、调节胃肠动力、抗肿瘤、抗抑郁、抗骨质疏松、抗氧化等作用。作为升阳药,升麻可调节胃肠动力,然而其主要药理活性成分及机制还需进一步阐明。升麻主要通过调控炎症因子分泌而发挥抗炎作用,也可通过减少DNA合成发挥抗病毒作用,但其品种选择、剂量确定及具体作用靶目标仍需进行深入系统研究。近年来,升麻的抗肿瘤及镇痛作用备受关注,其阻滞信号通路、抑制细胞增殖、调控抑癌基因等多维抗癌活性已得到证实,但其研究多停留在细胞水平,今后,需进行更深层次的研究。同时,不同品种升麻的安全性及不同炮制工艺、不同剂型、不同产地对升麻药理作用影响研究需进一步加强,为研发升麻制剂及临床应用提供科学依据。Shengma(Rhizoma Cimicifugae)has the effects of removing toxin and promoting eruption,lifting yang qi and inducing medicinals into meridians,etc.Modern pharmacological studies have found that it has antiinflammatory,antiviral,regulation of gastrointestinal motility,antineoplastic,antidepressive,antiosteoporosis,antioxidant and other effects.As yang-lifting medicinal,Shengma can regulate gastrointestinal motility,but its main pharmacological active components and mechanism need to be further elucidated.It mainly plays an antiinflammatory role by regulating the secretion of inflammatory factors,and can also play an antiviral role by reducing DNA synthesis.However,its variety selection,dose determination and specific target still need to be further studied.In recent years,the anti-tumor and analgesic effects of Shengma have attracted much attention.Its multidimensional anticancer activities,such as blocking signaling pathways,inhibiting cell proliferation,regulating tumor suppressor genes,have been confirmed.However,the research of it mostly stays at the cellular level,which needs further research.At the same time,the safety of different varieties of Shengma and the influence of different processing technologies,different dosage forms and different origins on the pharmacological effects of Shengma need to be further strengthened,so as to provide scientific basis for the related research and development of preparations and clinical application.
