摘 要:采用"磨矿-分级-浮选"工艺回收炼铁除尘灰中的炭、铁和锌。针对-37μm物料中未燃炭的浮选,开发了一种新型高效捕收剂EA。确定最佳药剂用量为:捕收剂EA 20 kg/t、硫酸锌与亚硫酸钠锌混合抑制剂8 kg/t、泡沫调整剂聚乙二醇0.3 kg/t、炭活化剂聚丙烯酰胺(0.1‰)3 kg/t。闭路试验获得最终精矿炭品位76.82%、回收率75.00%;尾料中Zn、Fe富集比分别为1.30和1.35。红外光谱分析结果表明,EA捕收剂通过氢键吸附在未燃炭表面从而提高其可浮性。A grinding⁃classification⁃flotation flowsheet was adopted to reclaim carbon,iron and zinc resources from the iron⁃smelting dedusting ash.EA,a novel efficient collector,was developed to float unburned carbon from the ash in the size range of-37μm.It was determined to adopt the reagent regime consisting of 20 kg/t of collector EA,8 kg/t of combined depressant of zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite,0.3 kg/t of froth modifier of PEG⁃800 and 3 kg/t of carbon activator of polyacrylamide(0.1‰).A closed⁃circuit test produced the final concentrate with the carbon grade of 76.82%and recovery of 75.00%,and the tailings with the enrichment ratios of Zn and Fe at 1.30 and 1.35,respectively.The infrared spectroscopy analysis shows that EA can be adsorbed on the unburned carbon by hydrogen bonding,thus improving its floatability.
