摘  要:为解决锡精矿回收率低、锡精矿中硫砷含量超标、锡产品结构不合理等问题,开展了锡粗精矿降杂提质精选试验研究,通过"预先筛分-闭路磨矿-活化浮选脱硫脱砷-多段摇床精选"等多种工艺协同组合,最终获得了锡品位46.72%、回收率85.57%、杂质元素硫砷含量分别为0.23%和0.061%的锡精矿和锡品位4.41%、回收率6.40%的锡次精矿,锡精矿产品符合销售要求。For solving the problems,such as the excessive sulfur and arsenic content in tin concentrate,low tin recovery and irrational compositions of tin products,a cleaning process test was conducted to improve tin rougher concentrate quality by reducing impurities therein.By using the combined processes including pre⁃screening,closed⁃circuit grinding,activated flotation for desulfurization and arsenic removal,and multi⁃stage shaking table cleaning,the finally obtained tin concentrate graded 46.72%Sn at 85.57%recovery,with impurities of sulfur and arsenic reduced correspondingly to 0.23%and 0.061%.And the secondary tin concentrate graded 4.41%Sn at 6.40%recovery,indicating that the tin concentrates are in line with the marketing requirements for the product.
