基于大数据背景下的脱贫帮扶绩效评价研究

摘　　要：基于调研所给的数据信息,利用相关性分析方法,对影响总评分的指标进行相关性分析,2015年和2020年产业发展、居住环境和文化教育的相关性为强相关;居民收入和基础设施的关联性为中等程度相关;总评分的相关系数为0.78,属于强相关。求出两年中各个指标的差值,差值越大说明帮扶业绩即绩效越好,并对帮扶绩效较高的单位进行排序,然后选居民收入、居住环境、文化教育、基础设施、产业发展为指标建立指标体系,采用多属性目标决策进行分析,对五个指标进行一致性和归一化处理,在一致性检验时查找相应的一致性指标RI进行对比。按最终权值对数据中的帮扶单位绩效进行排名。得出居住环境和基础设施所占比重较大,因此认为这两个指标影响着称号的评估。采用多元线性回归模型对各类单位扶贫效率进行预测。First of all,based on the data information given by the investigation,the data are analyzed.Using the correlation analysis method,the correlation analysis of the listed indicators of the total score was carried out.The correlation between industrial development,living environment and cultural education in 2015 and 2020 was strong correlation;the correlation between residents'income and infrastructure was medium correlation;the correlation coefficient of the total score was 0.78,which was strong correlation and therefore correlated.We find out the difference of each index in two years,the greater the difference,the better the performance of help,and we rank the units with higher help performance,then select residents'income,living environment,culture and education,infrastructure,industrial development as indicators to establish an index system,use multiple attribute target decision-making to analyze,do the consistency and normalization of the five indicators,and find the corresponding consistency index RI to compare the consistency test.According to the final weight value,we get that the proportion of living environment and infrastructure is large.Therefore,we think that these two indexes affect the evaluation of title and use multivariate linear regression model topredict the efficiency of unit poverty alleviation.
