摘 要:姜黄素是从姜黄中提取的一种植物多酚,也是姜黄发挥药理作用最重要的活性部分。近年的研究揭示出姜黄具有多种药理作用,如抗炎、抗氧化、抗纤维化、抗老年痴呆、降血脂、保护肝脏和肾脏、以及防癌抗癌等作用,可能与其抑制核因子-KB、抑制环氧合酶活性、调控相关基因和蛋白的表达有关,而且无明显的毒副作用。就姜黄素对肠道健康调节的研究进展进行综述。Curcumin is a plant polyphenol extracted from curcuma,and it is also the most important active part of turmeric to exert pharmacological effects.Recent studies have revealed that turmeric has a variety of pharmacological effects:such as anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-fibrosis,anti-dementia,blood fat reduction,liver and kidney protection,and anti-cancer effects,which may be related to its inhibition of nuclear factor-KB,inhibit the activity of cyclooxygenase,regulate the expression of related genes and proteins,and there is no obvious toxic and side effects.This article reviews the research progress of curcumin on the regulation of intestinal health.
