摘　　要：[目的]评价我国社区养老服务的效率水平。[方法]采用数据包络分析方法,将社区养老服务机构和设施数、职工数、床位数、建筑面积作为投入变量,将社区养老服务年末收养人数、收养照料人天数作为产出变量,测算我国社区养老服务的效率。[结果]我国社区养老服务的平均综合效率、技术效率、规模效率分别为0.635、0.661、0.969;11.54%的地区综合效率有效,19.23%的地区技术效率有效,23.08%的地区规模效率有效;东部地区的效率值小于西部和中部地区。[结论]我国社区养老服务的效率整体不高,存在不同程度的投入冗余与产出不足现象。政府应合理规划社区养老资源,调整投入与规模,提升社区养老服务量。Objective To evaluate the efficiency level of community pension services in China.Methods It used data envelopment analysis method to calculate the efficiency level of community pension services which took the number of community pension service institutions and facilities,employees,beds and covered area as input variables,and the number of adoptions at the end of the year and the days of adoptive caregivers as output variables.Results The average comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of community pension service in China was 0.635,0.661 and 0.969 respectively;11.54%of regional comprehensive efficiency was effective,19.23%of regional technical efficiency was effective,23.08%of regional scale efficiency was effective;The efficiency value in the eastern region was smaller than that in the western and central regions.Conclusions Overal efficiency of community pension services in China is not high,and there are different degrees of input redundancy and insufficient output.The government should reasonably plan community pension resources,adjust investment and scale,and improve the amount of community pension services.
