摘  要:为保证丝锥沟槽特殊槽型的实现,研究了丝锥沟槽砂轮的外圆轮廓特征及一种实现特定砂轮轮廓的在线修整方法。将外圆轮廓为半圆的金刚石滚轮作为砂轮修整器,通过识别CAD设计的多圆弧轮廓曲线,保证修整器轮廓与目标轮廓最低点始终处于贴合相切位姿,对砂轮轨迹进行插补计算,最终实现了砂轮修整轨迹规划,并且实验证了这种方式的可行性。In order to ensure the realization of the special fluted tap,the characteristics of the outer contour of fluting wheel were studied,and an online dressing method to realize the contour of the specific grinding wheel was proposed.The diamond roller with semi-circular outline was used as wheel dresser.By recognizing the multi-arc outline curve designed by CAD,the dresser outline and the lowest point of the target outline are always in the tangent position.The grinding trajectory was interpolated.Finally,the trajectory of wheel dressing was realized,and the feasibility of this method was verified by experiments.
