摘 要:针对微量润滑装置中存在自动化程度低,输出切削液流量及气体压力不精确等问题,设计了基于智能算法的微量润滑控制系统。该系统硬件部分采用主控制器为STM32F103ZET6芯片,流量传感器及气压传感器实现参数的实时检测,参数的控制执行模块则是由蠕动泵以及气压控制阀来实现。软件以Keil MDK为开发环境实现模糊PID控制以及人机交互液晶触摸屏的设计。通过模糊PID控制算法可实现小超调、精确控制切削液流量及气体压力输出值。所述控制系统实现了智能化精确控制,并且具有较高稳定性。由于该系统具有良好人机交互功能,能够高效率地精确控制系统输出参数而具有工程应用价值。Aiming at the low automation,inaccurate output of cutting fluid flow and compressed gas pressure of minimal quantity lubrication device,a micro-lubrication control system based on intelligent algorithm is designed.The hardware part of the system adopted the main controller as STM32F103ZET6 chip.The flow sensor and air pressure sensor realized the real-time detection of parameters.Additionally,the control and execution module of parameters was realized by peristaltic pump and air pressure control valve.Then the software part of the system used keil MDK as the development environment to achieve fuzzy-PID control and man-machine interactive LCD touch screen design.In fact,small overshoot and precise control of the parameters can be presented in fuzzy-PID control algorithm.Finally,the control system realizes intelligent and precise control,and has high stability.The system has engineering application value because of its good human-computer interaction function and high efficiency and precise control of system output parameters.
