摘  要:传统混凝土强度检测方法对声波信号频率的计算存在误差,导致检测结果不准确,为此提出掺粉煤灰水利水电建筑混凝土强度检测方法。采用敲击的方式,使混凝土内部产生声波信号,用传感器记录冲击回波频率,计算冲击回波频率传播速度,并在振幅谱频谱中分析出声波频率峰值。测定冲击持续时间,计算冲击回波反射面深度以确定混凝土碳化程度,得出掺粉煤灰水利水电建筑混凝土强度值。试验结果显示:该方法得到的声波信号频率、混凝土强度值与实测最为接近,检测精度高。The traditional concrete strength detection method has errors in the calculation of acoustic signal frequency,which leads to inaccurate detection results.Therefore,the strength detection method of water conservancy and hydropower construction concrete mixed with fly ash is proposed.The impact echo frequency is recorded by the sensor,and the propagation velocity of the impact echo frequency is calculated,and the peak value of the acoustic frequency is analyzed in the amplitude spectrum spectrum.The duration of impact is measured,and the depth of impact echo surface is calculated to determine the degree of concrete carbonation,and the strength value of water conservancy and hydropower construction concrete mixed with fly ash is obtained.The test results show that the acoustic signal frequency and concrete strength obtained by this method are closest to the measured values,and the detection accuracy is high.
