摘　　要：社会经济的飞速发展推动着教育事业的不断变革,高校的学生管理模式也在不断创新,“本研一体化”的管理模式逐渐被高校广泛应用,但是这项管理模式的实施办法还不够成熟,高校学生管理工作还存在许多问题,面临不少挑战。为了加强本科生与研究生的管理工作,使高校研究生管理更为科学有效,该文对“本研一体化”管理模式进行了探讨,通过对国内外高校培养模式的对比,讨论了当今国内高校“本研一体化”模式下研究生管理面临的主要问题,对“本研一体化”的研究生管理模式与实施办法进行了分析,使该管理模式能够充分发挥优势。The rapid development of social economy promotes the constant reform of education,the student management mode of universities is also innovating constantly.The management mode of"undergraduate and graduate integration"has been widely used in universities.However,the implementation method of this management mode is not mature enough,and there are still many problems and challenges in the management of university students.In order to strengthen the management of undergraduate and graduate students,make the management of graduate students more scientific and effective,this paper discusses the management mode of"undergraduate and graduate integration",discusses the main problems of graduate management under the mode of"undergraduate and graduate integration"in domestic colleges and universities by comparing the modes of training at home and abroad,and analyzes the management mode and implementation method of"undergraduate and graduate integration",so as to make the management mode give full play to its advantages.
