摘　　要：高校学生公寓不仅为学生提供相关的生活类服务,同时也承载着学生的学习生活和文化生活的需求,因此,公寓管理是高校学生管理中不容忽视的一环。学生公寓通过建设自律组织的方式,能够优化学生服务的质量以及学生管理工作的效率;通过学生参与管理的方式,能够使学生在教育、管理以及服务等方面形成良好的自我管理模式,这与当下培养学生“综合素养”的教学理念是相统一的。该文将针对如何建设高校学生公寓自律组织进行相关分析。College students'apartments not only provide related life services,but also carry students'academic life and cultural life.Therefore,apartment management is an important part of the management of college students.By building self-regulatory organizations,the quality of student services and the efficiency of student management can be optimized.Through students'participation in management,students can form a good self-management model in education,management,and service,which is consistent with the current teaching philosophy of cultivating students'"comprehensive quality".This paper will analyze how to build self-regulatory organizations in college students'apartments.
