摘　　要：废旧手机资源性和污染性的双重属性,使得废旧手机的回收管理问题已经成为多方关注的社会问题。结合现有废旧手机回收模式,进行废旧手机回收的必要性分析,进而提出废旧手机回收管理的优化建议。The issue of recycling and management of used mobile phones has become a social issue of concern to many parties due to its resource and pollution.The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the existing recycling mode of used mobile phones in combination to explore the necessity of recycling.Finally,it summarizes the optimization suggestions for the recycling and management of waste mobile phones.
