摘　　要：本文通过对某胀断连杆进行工艺分析提出了锻造工艺方案,并介绍了设备吨位选取及辊锻模设计,通过工艺试验,优化了工艺参数。The forging process plan has been put forward to the fracture-splitting connecting rod in the text.The selection of equipment tonnage and the design of roll forging die have been introduced.The process parameters have been optimized through process test.
