摘  要:在数控四边折边机的加工过程中,弯曲回弹的有效控制和补偿对提高加工精度有着重要的意义。首先,本文通过对镀铝锌钢板的材料性能试验,测出不同轧延方向的抗拉强度、屈服强度、泊松比、弹性模量,拟合出真实的应力应变曲线;其次,通过位移传感器测量出折边机实际折边回弹角大小;最后,通过DYNAFORM成形仿真软件建立折边机折弯成形仿真模型并加以验证后,研究板材宽度、屈服强度、成形速度等对回弹量的影响。为未来回弹补偿的研究提供依据。In the machining process of CNC four-side folding machine,the effective control and compensation of bending spring back is of great significance to improve machining accuracy.First of all,the tensile strength,yield strength,Poisson’s ratio,and elastic modulus of different rolling directions have been measured through the material performance test of the aluminum-zinc steel plate,and the true stress-strain curve has been fitted;secondly,the actual edge-folding spring back angle of the folding machine has been measured through the displacement sensor;finally,the DYNAFORM forming simulation software has been used to establish and verify the bending forming simulation model of the folding machine while the influence of sheet width,yield strength and forming speed on the spring back amount has been studied.It provides reference for the research of future spring back compensation.
