读书报告会在内科住院医师规范化培训分层培养中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨读书报告会在内科住院医师规范化培训分层培养中的作用。方法:在某大学附属第一医院内科进行住院医师规范化培训的217名学员作为研究对象。定期按科室举办住院医师读书报告会,住培医师填写问卷,根据学员特点分为:研究生组、社会规培组、本院医生组。统计问卷结果进行分层分析并进行PDCA质控。结果:读书报告会的开展可教会学员根据病例问题查阅文献,提升学习的主动性,训练临床和科研的思维能力。其中研究生组接受度最高,提升最大。结论:读书报告会对内科住院医师规范化培训、尤其对高素质的研究生型住培学员分层培养起到了积极作用。Objective:To explore the effect of reading report meeting in the stratified training of internal medicine resident doctors.Methods:217 students received standardized training of resident physicians in the department of internal medicine of the first affiliated hospital of the university of USTC were studied.Resident doctors'reading reports meeting is held regularly according to the department,and resident doctors fill in the questionnaire.According to the characteristics of the students,they are divided into graduate students group,social regulation training group and doctors of our hospital group.Statistical questionnaire results were analyzed and PDCA quality control was carried out.Results:The development of the reading reports meeting can teach the students to consult the literature according to the case questions,find the answers,summarize the methods of reporting,stimulate their interest and enhance their learning initiative,Combinclinical records with scientific research methods,train the logical thinking of clinical and scientific research.Among them,the postgraduate group has the highest acceptance and the greatest improvement.Conclusion:The reading report will play a positive role in the standardized training of internal medicine resident physicians,especially in the stratified training of high-quality graduate students.
