26例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者粒细胞减少伴发热的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗后粒细胞减少伴发热的护理方法。方法:对妇科恶性肿瘤患者化疗后粒细胞减少伴发热的患者进行保护性隔离、发热护理、营养支持治疗、口腔护理、腹泻护理、皮肤护理、心理护理等。结果:26例患者中,24例体温恢复正常,予以出院,1例患者中途强烈要求出院,1例患者因严重并发症死亡。结论:对于化疗所致粒细胞减少伴发热的这一特殊人群,实行保护性隔离、发热护理等可支撑患者渡过骨髓抑制这一特殊时期。Objective:To explore the nursing method of granulocytopenia associated with fever after chemotherapy in patients with gynecological malignant tumor.Methods:Protective isolation,fever care,nutritional support treatment,oral care,diarrhea care,skin care,psychological care and so on were carried out for patients with gynecological malignant tumor with fever accompanied by granulocytosis after chemotherapy.Results:Among the 26 patients,24 patients were discharged after their body temperature returned to normal,1 patient strongly requested to be discharged midway,and 1 patient died due to serious complications.Conclusion:For the special population with fever caused by chemotherapy-induced granulocytopenia,the implementation of protective isolation and fever care can support the patients through the special period of bone marrow suppressio.
