摘　　要：双阑尾畸形是外科罕见病,双阑尾畸形同时并发急性阑尾炎更是少之又少。术前很难诊断,多在术中诊断,若术中操作不仔细,容易漏诊,给患者留下后患的同时,也易产生医疗纠纷。该文报道1例腹腔镜治疗儿童双阑尾畸形并急性阑尾炎情况。Double appendiceal malformation is a rare surgical disease,and double appendiceal malformation complicated with acute appendicitis is rare.Preoperative diagnosis is difficult,more in the intraoperative diagnosis.If the operation is not careful,easy to miss diagnosis,not only leaving patients with future problems,but also bringing to medical disputes.This paper reported 1 case of child with Double Appendiceal Malformation combined with Acute Appendicitis treated with laparoscope.
