摘 要:在中国石油独山子石化公司80万t/a催化裂化装置中,以加氢蜡油为原料,选用LZR-30催化裂化催化剂,对PCA-OD新型辛烷值助剂的工业化试应用进行了标定。结果表明:当PCA-OD助剂占系统藏量达到5%时,与空白标定相比,在原料油密度下降23.3 kg/m^(3),500℃馏出物体积分数下降2.5个百分点,含硫量增加31.5μg/g,以及加工负荷提高5 t/h,反应温度提高0.5~1.0℃,反应压力提高6~7 kPa,床温升高5~10℃的条件下,总结标定的稳定汽油研究法辛烷值提高0.5个单位,液态烃收率提高1.67个百分点,丙烯收率(相对装置进料)增加0.93个百分点,液态烃中丙烯平均体积分数增加1.69个百分点;标定前后油浆密度维持在1050~1100 kg/m3,油浆固体物质量浓度维持在2~3 g/L,在工业试应用过程中催化剂未出现跑损现象。The industrial trial application of PCA-OD octane number enhancer was calibrated in the 800 kt/a fluid catalytic cracking unit of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,with hydrogenated wax oil as feed and LZR-30 catalytic cracking catalyst as incumbent catalyst.The results showed that compared with the results of blank calibration(before adding enhancer),when the octane number enhancer reached 5%of the system inventory and under the conditions of 23.3 kg/m^(3)of feed density decrease,2.5 pencentage points decrease of volume fraction of distillates at 500℃,31.5μg/g of total sulfur content increase,5 t/h of processing load increase 0.5-1.0℃of reaction temperature increase,6-7 kPa of reaction pressure increase and 5-10℃of bed temperature increase,according to the summary,the research octane number of the stabilized gasoline had increased by 0.5 units during calibration(after the addition of octane number enhancer),the liquid hydrocarbon yield had increased by 1.67 percentage points and the propylene yield had increased by 0.93 percentage points in comparison with the unit feed.The average volume fraction of propylene in liquid hydrocarbon had increased by 1.69 percentage points.The slurry density was maintained at 1050-1100 kg/m3,and the solid content of slurry was maintained at 2-3 g/L before and after calibration.There was no catalyst loss during industrial trial application.
