摘  要:随着油田滚动开发,距离系统较远的边缘零散油井越来越多,这些油井产量低,油品物性差,大部分靠建设单井拉油点的方式进行生产,用热由加热炉供给。针对加热炉燃烧造成环境污染的问题,利用太阳能集热辅助电加热加温的光电一体化装置替代加热炉,对储油罐原油和油井集油管线进行伴热,达到降低能耗减少污染的目的。通过在虎8拉油点成功应用,使原油采出液温度升高17~20℃,年节省天然气4.8×10^(4)m^(3),可节约燃料费15万元/a,节约人员及设备维修维护费用5万元,减少CO_(2)排放85 t,减少SO_(2)排放13 t、减少NOx排放5.5 t,节能减排效果显著,为石油石化企业利用清洁能源提供了广阔的应用前景。With the rolling development of oil fields,there are more and more marginal scattered oil Wells far away from the system.These oil Wells have low output and poor oil properties.Most of them rely on the construction of single well oil drawing point for production,and the heat is supplied by the heating furnace.Aiming at the problem of environmental pollution caused by the combustion of the heating furnace,the photovoltaic integrated device of solar energy collection assisted electric heating is used to replace the heating furnace to heat the crude oil in the storage tank and the oil collecting pipeline of the oil well,so as to achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption and pollution.Through Hubalayoudian successful application,the crude oil produced fluid temperature 17~20℃,save gas 4.8×10^(4)m^(3),can save fuel cost 150000 yuan/a,managing personnel and equipment maintenance costs 50000 yuan,reduce CO_(2)emissions of 85 t,13 t reducing SO_(2)emissions,reduce NOx emissions of 5.5 t,energy conservation and emissions reduction effect is remarkable,for the petroleum and petrochemical enterprise use of clean energy provides a broad application prospect.
