摘 要:油井修井作业时,管、杆带出的原油是污染井场的因素之一,洗井以其经济性和节能性作为减少井场污染的重要方法之一,有着不可替代的地位。但许多油井特别是高黏度油井的管、杆清洗水量与水温仅为非定量数值,盲目提升洗井参数容易导致资源浪费,成本过高的问题。为此,这里通过建立简化原油模型,合理控制添加的药剂浓度与水温水量,优化洗井参数流程,最终达到管、杆清洗要求与节能降耗的并举的目的。目前在某采油厂已经实施成功,累计创造经济效益640万元,减少碳排放930 t,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。During well workover operation,crude oil from pipes and rods is one of the factors that pollute well site.Well cleaning plays an irreplaceable role as one of the important methods to reduce well site pollution due to its economy and energy saving.However,in many oil Wells,especially in high viscosity oil Wells,the cleaning water and water temperature of pipes and rods are only non-quantitative values,so blindly increasing the cleaning parameters is likely to lead to resource waste and high cost.To this end,through the establishment of simplified crude oil model,reasonable control of the concentration of added agents and water temperature and water quantity,optimization of well cleaning parameter process,finally achieve the pipe and rod cleaning requirements and energy saving and consumption reduction.At present,it has been successfully implemented in oil production plant,which has created a total economic benefit of 6.4 million yuan,reduced carbon emission of 930 t,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
