摘 要:为提升注塑机工作性能及降低制造成本,根据二板式注塑机动模板的最小加载面工况建立有限元模型,采用基于变密度法的拓扑优化进行轻量化设计;为快速获取优化所得模型结构,对拓扑结果逼近建模,在动模板的四个侧壁、背面等部位分别采用直线与圆弧组合、环形、半球形等规则形状进行模型重构,并将关键尺寸参数化;对优化前、后动模板进行仿真分析对比,结果显示,该优化模型的应力、应变有一定程度增加,但均在工程许用范围内,质量相较原始模型减轻29.4%。In order to improve the working performance of the injection molding machine and reduce the cost of manufacturing,a finite element model based on the minimum loading surface of moving template of two plate injection molding machine was established,and the topology optimization based on the variable density method was adopted for lightweight design.With the aim of quickly obtaining the optimized model,approximate modeling of the topological results was done,the combination of straight lines and arcs,circular,hemispherical and other regular shapes on the four side walls and the back of the movable template were used to reconstruct the model,and the key dimensions were parameterized.The simulation analysis and comparison of the pre and post optimized moving template shows that the stress and strain of the optimized model increase to a certain extent,but they are all within the engineering allowable range,and the weight is reduced by 29.4%compared with the original model.
