摘  要:为了研究北疆长距离供水渠道应急闸控措施的选取,通过构建一维非恒定流数学模型,对应急闸控下的水力响应进行分析,针对不同应急情景提出闸控方案。结果表明:事故渠段上下游节制闸紧急关闭时,上游闸后及下游闸前水位变幅很大,渠段内水位波动剧烈;适当减小闸前控制水位以引导渠段退水闸的开启,可有效削减闸前水位壅高值,但闸后水位降幅增大;渠首引水闸快速关闭可以有效减小事故段退水和削减闸前水位壅高的压力,非紧急工况下,渠首引水闸保持小流量供水可以维持分水口用水且利于全线恢复供水;事故段上、下游节制闸关闭速率越大,事故段水体控制效率越高,但闸前壅高、水体稳定时间都会相应增大。In order to determine the emergency gate control measures for long-distance water supply channels in North Xinjiang,the hydraulic response under emergency gate control was analyzed by constructing a one-dimensional unsteady flow mathematical model,and gate control schemes were proposed for different emergency scenarios.The results show that when the upstream and downstream control gates of the accident canal section are urgently closed,the water level after the upstream gate and in front of the downstream gate will change significantly,and the water level in the canal section fluctuates sharply,therefore appropriately reduce the control water level in front of the gate to guide the opening of the recession sluice of the canal section can effectively reduce the height of the water level before the sluice,but the drop of the water level after the control gate increases.The rapid closure of the head sluice can effectively reduce the water recession quantity in the accident section and reduce the pressure of the high water level before the sluice.Under non-emergency conditions,keeping a small flow of water supply in the head sluice can maintain the flow at the water diversions and help restore the water supply on the whole line.The higher the closing rate of the upstream and downstream control gates in the accident section,the higher the water control efficiency in the accident section,but the water level in front of the gate and the water stability time will increase accordingly.
